I have purchased one vehicle from QC Motors and had a great experience. Not an issue with the car! Also, took my older Honda to them and pretty much gave them carte blanche to give it a maintenance look over. All they found was the spark plugs. They do not take advantage! We always check QC Motors first when we are looking to purchase a vehicle. We love it that they usually have 5-Speeds!

Mike has been my mechanic for a few years now and when I decided it was time for another car, QC Motors was the first place I thought of. Mike is a very honest and skilled mechanic and he only stocks well-made cars he'd own himself. It was an easy, hassle-free sale and the car is a gem. So happy with the whole experience. When you are looking to buy a great used car please go see Mike and Vicki they are absolutely amazing. They will make any experience great that is for sure. They will only put you in a car that they them selves would drive everyday and a very dependable vehicle as well. We literally looked at the website and found our Honda Element went and test drove it one day and decided that we wanted it and told Mrs. Vicki what we could do for a monthly payment and she went out of her way to call and get exactly what we could afford monthly. This was the best experience i've ever had buying a vehicle. Mike is the most honest person in town that is selling cars, prices are great, and had a really decent selection. QC Motors just earned a forever customer. I'm recommending them to everyone i know. My name is JR. I have purchased three vehicles from Michael already. This is the only place that I will ever buy another car ever again. QC Motors and his owner Michael are nothing but superior quality not only in service but also their product. I know of other car dealers that will sell a vehicle "as is" or "buyer beware" policy. To me that is just another way of saying, it's your car now so you deal with it! Well, not the case at QC Motors. Michael is the kind of person that takes pride in not only on his work but also his vehicles. As I said I have purchased three vehicles from Michael and every single time that I needed anything whatsoever, he has always made himself available to me. Michael will treat you as if you are the only customer that he has. He's level of professionalism and quality of his vehicles is yes not comparable to anybody else in the area. As I said earlier I have purchased three vehicles from Michael and I am getting ready to purchase 8/4 vehicle for my now 16-year-old son. I'm sure you can probably guess where I'm going to be buying that car! So do yourself a big favor and pay Michael and use the motors a visit whenever you are in need of a used vehicle. Great Car Lot

I purchased a car from QC Motors about a month ago. They were more than willing to give me a good deal for my trade in and gave me a fair price for the car I wanted. They let me test drive it and my dad looked it over and said it looked like it was in good shape. Both the mechanic and the salesman were friendly and had great customer service. I gave it a month so I could drive it around some more and make sure it really is a good car before I gave them a good review. This is my second car and I was ripped off from the first dealer I went to so I was leery about another car. However, I would definitely recommend this lot for multiple reasons. They have a good selection of decent cars for fair prices and great customer service.

In the space of a week, both my wife and I became car less. I was working in Little Rock at the time. Speaking to a friend who lives there, I told him of my plight. He said that he knew just who I needed to go see. I figured that they would be in Little Rock, but was surprised when he told me about this guy in Fayetteville. He has done business with Mike (the owner) and raved about him. Told me he had super nice cars, he really checks them out, he is super honest, and he did my friend taught. He called Mike and told him I would see him in a couple of days. My wife and I both wanted Toyota, and he had a 2000 Camera and a 2009 Corolla. They looked great and drove great. Looked like he had changed pretty much all the hoses in the engine compartment. Mike was absolutely wonderful to work with. He gave us a good price (we ended up buying both) that we were very pleased with. We have had them for a couple of weeks now and have traveled to Springfield, Mo. And to Little Rock, and hasn't missed a beat. We have nothing but praise for Mike. He is the real deal. We only plan on buying from him from now on. We feel like God really blessed us in this whole deal. Thanks a bunch, Mike. You are a good man.

honest dealer

I was in the market for a truck that was out of my area that would be rust free. I live in Wisconsin and the amount of road salt used in the winter months causes havoc on vehicles. I ran across an add on cars.com from QC motors that looked like what I was looking for so I gave them a call to get better details as I was 675 miles away and stopping by for a look was not an option. I spoke with Mike and he gave me the run down on the truck. It sounded good but I expected that from anyone trying to sell a vehicle. I decided to make the trip for the purchase. The vehicle was as described and actually was better than expected. Mike was very helpful through the hole process and made the purchase pain free. I would not have any problem making the 675 mile trip again to purchase another vehicle from mike at QC motors and probably will. THANK YOU MIKE!!

Worth the drive!

I recently bought a 2005 Honda CR-V from QC Motors and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Although it's 10 years old, it feels much more like a new vehicle. The body is perfect, the interior is pristine and it drives like a dream. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and strongly encouraged me to contact them if I needed anything at all. I live in Central Arkansas but was having no luck finding a vehicle to suit my needs. Although I went to several other dealers, I could have skipped them all and gone straight to QC Motors. They had several vehicles in my price range and all their vehicles looked top-notch. They made the 2 ½ hour drive completely worthwhile and I will certainly return to them in the future if I ever need another used vehicle!

Wonderful to work with, great deal.

My laundry list of needs was pretty long. Safe commuter for my kids, a hatchback, better than good gas mileage, relatively low odometer reading, and a fit in my (very) small budget. Mike and Vicky delivered. 24 hours after my test drive I was driving off the lot in my new (to me) car. Vicky was wonderful with helping line out all of the paperwork needed for financing, as well as simplifying the completion of the final papers. Mike has been extremely helpful, and was very clear that it was okay to call him should anything unexpected come up with the car soon after purchase. He is a mechanic, so you can be rest assured that a vehicle bought from him is mechanically sound. 10/10 would buy from them again.

I bought my Toyota Sienna Van from Michael at QC and it was positively the best car buying experience I have ever had. I absolutely hate shopping for cars but needed to switch to a van and happened upon his lot because I noticed a car I liked. He was honest, fair, straight to the point (no going back to check on the deal with his manager) and gave me incredible service without wasting my time. I took the van to Toyota to have an inspection done just to check it out and they said it was in perfect condition. This is a small family owned business who take pride in their the quality of their cars and care about their customers. They have a great inventory of cars for sale and also they offer financing. Also they provide great repairs/services. Whenever I have a problem with my car I get it checked by QC Motors first, because based on my experience, their first priority is customer satisfaction and good relation. Plus, people at QC Motors know what they are doing. There technical acumen and experience is great. What really impressed me was their knack of offering great service and simple solutions to high tech problems. On one occasion, I had a faulty headlight. An holder inside was missing. People in Autozone suggested to replace the whole headlight set up which would have costed $300. However, QC Motors offered a simple solution and got my headlight fixed at a nice price. Also, I got great advises regarding the replacement of some malfunctioning car accessories/parts such as vacuum pump, remote, etc. I took my friends there and all of them were really satisfied by QC Motors service.
